Preliminary Matters – Consent Agenda

Preliminary Matters:

We will hold the February 7, 2011 Board meeting at Black Oak Elementary School at 7:00 p.m. Prior to the meeting, the school will provide a meal beginning at 6:00 p.m.

Items of Note:

School will not be in session on Monday, February 21, 2011 in observance of Presidents' Day.

Consent Agenda (Item VI.):

The consent agenda consists of the monthly personnel report, the report of substitute teachers, and the monthly financial reports/business activity.

In addition, as of December 7, 2010, the following items have been removed from the technology inventory system and taken to the Obion County Recycling Center:
(9)   computers
(1)   monitors
(1)    printer

All of the above-noted equipment was in a non-working condition or was of no value due to usage and/or age. A document describing the equipment is attached.

Staff Recommendation:

I recommend approval of all items listed on the consent agenda.
